Spring is in the air, and there’s no better way to celebrate Easter than with a luxurious brunch at The Bellevue. Nestled in the heart of Chicago’s Gold Coast, our beautifully appointed second-floor dining room sets the stage for an unforgettable holiday gathering filled with classic flavors and warm hospitality.

Celebrate the season with a lavish spread featuring a mix of brunch classics, fresh seafood, and chef-curated specialties. Sip on mimosas while indulging in delights such as oysters, carving stations of ham and beef tenderloin, and a live omelet station.

The Menu

The menu will feature a selection of seafood and starters, including oysters, and cocktail shrimp. Brunch favorites such as scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, eggs benedict, pancakes, and a live omelet station will also be available. Guests will enjoy our carving stations with ham and beef tenderloin, along with entrées like salmon, chicken breasts, chicken fingers, and burger sliders. A variety of salads and sides, including Caesar salad, house salad, kung pao cauliflower, mashed potatoes, French fries, and sautéed spinach, will complement the meal. To end on a sweet note, a beautiful display of assorted mini desserts and donuts will complete the festive feast.

Pricing

The buffet is $110 for adults, $40 for children ages 5–12, and free for children 4 and under. Tax and gratuity are not included.
